Monique Bocklage is qualified Attorney/Solicitor in Germany and United Kingdom. She is admitted to the German Bar (2003) and to the Bar of England and Wales (2004). In addition she holds a Diploma in International Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2012 she was certified by TÜV Cologne as Compliance Officer.

In 2016 Monique was admitted to the roll of accredited Specialist Attorneys in International Commercial Laws. The accredited title is issued by the German Bar Association only to those attorneys at law, who have successfully absolved the exam for specialisation in the respective area of law, and who have proven extensive professional experience and expertise in their area of specialisation.

Monique is specialised in the consultation of foreign companies in Germany and United Kingdom, which i.e,. export to and are active in Germany, United Kingdom and European Union. Due to the numerous companies she advises, she has gathered valuable and extensive experience, which she incorporates into her legal work.

Monique Bocklage ist in Deutschland und Großbritannien zugelassene Rechtsanwältin und Solicitor. Zur Rechtsanwaltschaft wurde sie 2003, als Solicitor in Großbritannien im Jahr 2004 zugelassen. Darüber hinaus erwarb sie in London das Diploma in International Mergers & Acquisitions. 2012 erhielt sie die Zulassung als Compliance Officer, vergeben durch den TÜV Rheinland.

Seit 2016 ist Monique als Fachanwältin im Internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht tätig. Dieser Fachanwaltstitel wurde von der Hanseatischen Rechtsanwaltskammer verliehen, nachdem sie vertiefte theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse und Tätigkeiten im Internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht nachgewiesen hat.

Monique hat sich auf die Beratung und Vertretung inländischer und ausländischer Unternehmen in Deutschland, und insbesondere in Großbritannien spezialisiert, welche nach Deutschland exportieren, in Deutschland oder der Europäischen Union tätig sind. Sie berät zahlreiche Unternehmen, und hat hierdurch wertvolle und umfassende Erfahrungen gesammelt, welche sie in ihre juristische Arbeit einfließen lässt.
